A. You must apply on line for a specific job posting. Once you have completed the process you will be advised at the time of your application if you have successfully met the requirements of the position. If so, you will receive a confirmation of your application. If you do not meet the minimum requirements you will also be notified during the process.

Q. When am I considered to be an applicant for a particular position that I have responded to through the online application process?
A. Individuals responding to positions through the online application process are considered applicants for a position if the person meets the minimum requirements and successfully completes the on-line process.

Q. How can I be sure that all jobs posted on your site are currently available?
A. All jobs posted on the site are available.

Q. Once I submit my application online, who will have access to the information?
A. All employment related information is considered to be confidential and will only be made available to Company representatives that have a need to review the documentation. For the purpose of the online application, you will only be considered for the position(s) that you apply for.

Q. How long will it take for a recruiter to contact me about a position that I have applied for?
A. We strive to be timely in responding to applicants. Timing will depend on the number of applicants, the availability of the recruiters etc.

Q. How old do you have to be before you will be considered for employment?
A. Applicants must be at least 15 to be considered for positions at most parks. However, some positions may require applicants to be a minimum of 18 before they can be considered.

A. United Parks & Resorts is committed to providing a work environment that is drug free. Candidates are required to submit to a substance abuse test for the presence of illegal substances.
