Call Center Reservationist

What you get to do:
As a B2B/Group Sales Reservationist, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities to ensure internal and external guests, as well as business partners alike, will have all their booking needs met. You will:
Provide exceptional, professional guest service over the phones and in person
Answer general questions about all the SEA Parks and assist Resellers, Youth, and General groups in booking their reservations
Handle inbound group sales and Education calls
Attain quality and group sales revenue goals through customer benefit selling and exceeding internal and external customer expectations
Process orders, research and solve problems that may occur within group bookings
Perform data entry on new and existing contracted and non-contracted accounts
Book group reservations for Park Tours and Discovery Cove products for consumers
Manage all DCO reseller reservations and inquiries
Sell tickets to inquiring groups
Print hard stock tickets for applicable groups
Reconcile MPR sales to ensure balance
Maintain park and product knowledge by accessing department SharePoint site on daily basis
Create and maintain all group order forms
Maintain Delphi system updated with inquiries and bookings
Maintain reporting on group-related activity
Meet and maintain the established benchmarks set for key metrics for any specified period of time
Learn new techniques, programs and information to achieve objectives
Assist in other areas of as required
What it takes to succeed:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to type at least 25 WPM
Must have excellent written and verbal communication
Must be have basic computer skills and ability to learn in-house systems
Must be able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment
Must be available to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours; i.e. be able to work opening and closing shifts
What else is important:
Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs
Bilingual preferred, but not required
Previous call center experience preferred
Must be able to work indoors in AC during entire shift
Must be able to sit for long periods of time
Must be able to work in a noisy environment
