What you get to do:


As a Supervisor, Employee Services, you’ll oversee our team working at the Ambassador Resource Center as they welcome new Ambassadors to the SeaWorld team and make sure they’re ready to hit the ground (or water) running on their first day. This involves managing uniform inventory, assisting with ambassador morale events and ticket trades, and coordinating the team’s participation in new hire orientation uniform distribution. You will also:



  • Assist in the daily operation of the Ambassador Resources Center to include uniform issuance and ambassador perks.
  • Ordering and inventory management in addition to uniform production timelines and uniform delivering
  • Create/implement new operating procedures
  • Delegate responsibilities as needed to complete opening, operating, and closing procedures
  • Initiate positive interactions with internal and external guests
  • Coach/development, and motivate ambassadors
  • Responsible for team hiring and scheduling
  • Maintain a clean, safe and informed work environment
  • Maintain communication with the HR team on hiring forecast and recruiting efforts
  • Maintain communication with departments on business needs with changes or opportunities regarding ambassador uniforms
  • Other general administrative duties as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned



What it takes to succeed:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
  • Must have guest service experience.
  • Must have supply chain management, or inventory management, experience.
  • Must have prior experience leading teams.
  • Must be able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast paced work environment
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to push/pull 35 pounds
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be comfortable with heights
  • Must be able to work indoors/outdoors with or without A/C for entire shift
  • Must be available to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable with heights
