Effectively train and educate new team members, including but not limited to the following-
  • Educate and train new team members on the guest experience
  • Conduct classroom education experiences focused on food safety, guest service, and general park knowledge
  • Achieve high level of team member satisfaction
  • Ensure a positive guest experience through team member training
  • Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members
  • Comply with all department and company standards and government regulations
  • Complete duties as assigned

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Possess ability to multi-task, conduct oneself in a professional manner and be punctual
  • Ability to become ServSafe Food Safety Managers certified
  • Ability to become ServSafe Responsible Alcohol Service certified
  • Possess basic computer skills
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, early mornings and late nights
