Social Media Coordinator, Park Operations

Hours for this position are Part Time.

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and responding to the official social media channels of Busch Gardens and Water Country USA by:

  • Monitoring online social media and communication channels for guest comments, concerns and questions that need to be addressed

  • Addressing comments and concerns in a manner that positively reflects the initiatives of SEA and the local parks

  • Updating channels with day-of park communications to ensure an excellent guest experience, as directed by park leadership

  • Daily monitoring of the BGW app, ensuring accuracy of operating hours, show times, and amenities pricing

  • Other duties as assigned

Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:

  • High school diploma preferred
  • At least one year experience with SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current and emerging social media trends
  • Strong written, grammar, and communication skills

Position reports to Guest Correspondence.
