Assist with transporting guests to and from parking lots and tram stops.

Requirements and Competencies

  • Be exposed to fumes, dust, and/or odor
  • Be exposed to loud noises
  • Be exposed to motion
  • Be exposed to vibrations
  • Work in hot temperature extremes
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions

Primary Responsibilities

  • Follow proper procedures while loading and unloading trams and delivering spiels
  • Follow proper procedures while controlling crowds at loading and unloading
  • Direct traffic on roadways to park and exit Busch Gardens property
  • Assist guests with vehicular problems and give directions upon request
  • Follow safety procedures
  • Assist in upholding company standards of maintaining company equipment
  • Operate with guest service in mind at all times
  • Assist with traffic control and parking as necessary
