We are looking for trainers who will prepare and deliver training to Sesame Place ambassadors and handle all ongoing learning needs. If you are passionate about priming our team of versatile ambassadors for success, this job is for you!

What you get to do:

  • Work with the HR Training team to prepare and deliver all park training as needed
  • Coordinate department audits and recommend remedial action when necessary
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and report training deficiencies
  • Assist Human Resources training team as needed including but not limited to maintaining ambassador training files; conceptualizing and executing ambassador engagement events; developing and monitoring ambassador communication.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present in front of small and large groups of people
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects with detail-oriented style
  • Must be able to positively interact with guests and co-workers of all ages, different ethnic/cultural backgrounds and/or languages, and individuals with special needs
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with high aptitude for computer software systems
  • Must be able to maintain a professional image and manage confidential information appropriately
  • Must be able to work independently and have flexibility to work in a team environment
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, weeknights, and holidays
  • Must be willing to comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time in all weather conditions

Education and Experience:

  • Candidate must have a high school diploma.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in human resources or related field
  • Previous public speaking/presentation experience required
  • Leadership Experience in a guest service role preferred
  • Must be able to complete all required Train-the-Trainer programs and certifications required for delivery of trainings
  • Must be 18 or older
