What you get to do:- Perform routine daily inspections of all control systems in the park
- Troubleshoot and repair control systems in the park
- Setup and install control systems for new and existing units
- Set up schedule and adjust set points for controls with minimal supervision
- Perform bench and field repair of control systems throughout the park
- Plan work load with minimal supervision
- Train others in general system operations and functions, as well as procedures
- Demonstrate dependable performance in terms of attendance and strict adherence to all safety procedures
What it takes to succeed: - At least 18 years old
- At least two years of electrical controls experience
- Experience working with VFD’s, PLC’s and controllers
- Able to understand blueprints and/or diagrams
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong math skills
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Able to lift 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Able to repetitively climb stairs
- Comfortable working at heights
- Able to climb and work off of ladders
- Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and temperature extremes, with or without A/C
- Available to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid state driver’s license and be able to obtain a company driver’s license
- Cross-trained in other maintenance fields
- Experience working with HVAC
- Knowledge and ability to install conduit (PVC, EMT, Rigid) and low voltage raceways
