What it takes to succeed:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have at least one year hospitality/customer service
• Must be comfortable and able to work with all food types, including food allergens in any dining facility
• Must be able to communicate effectively with ambassadors, guests and leadership
• Must be able to be trained and certified on HACCP/Food Safety Procedures
• Position is contingent upon successful completion of the ServSafe Food Manager certification test
• Must be able to be certified in RCS Alcohol Awareness class
• Must have or be able to be trained to have excellent cash handling skills
• Must have a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
• Must be able to complete provided CPR training/certification
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift, push and pull 55 pounds
• Must able to walk in sand
• Must be able to bend and stoop to assist in cleaning the park
• Must be able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions and temperature extremes
• Must be comfortable working with cleaning chemicals
• Must be available to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; weekends, and holidays
• Previous experience in a fine dining, full service restaurant as front of house leadership preferred
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred
• Previous SAP experience preferred
• Bilingual preferred

What you get to do:

• Oversee the daily operation of assigned area, complete opening/closing procedures, ensure safety of all ambassadors, guests and animals; provide exceptional guest service and maintain cleanliness of the parks
• Utilize reservation based systems, assuring that servers have adequate supplies, conducting table touches, and monitoring host stand in designated full service locations
• Develop ambassadors by providing training, feedback and coaching
• Utilize problem solving skills to handle/resolve ambassador and guest concerns/ needs
• Understand and enforce all state/federal regulations, park policies and department procedures
• Communicate clearly and effectively to leadership regarding assigned responsibilities
• Follow detailed recipes and ensure food quality on the service lines
• Operate general food equipment and ensure routine cleaning and maintenance are being completed
• Effectively communicate through e-mail, submit work orders, warehouse orders, track item counts through CMIA and track various items in excel/word documents
• Perform other duties as assigned
