The In-Park Revenue Analyst role will focus on analytical support for strategic revenue initiatives related to Food & Beverage, Retail, Ancillary and Zoo revenue. The position will work closely with various stakeholders at corporate and business units to ensure accurate information as well as compliance with company and department policies and guidelines. Areas of responsibility include reporting and analysis for all In-Park businesses, data-driven thinking, natural curiosity to understand the business, and ad hoc reporting / analysis for revenue initiatives. This position will also assist with implementing new pricing and revenue strategies at corporate and business units.

The position will partner with corporate and park teams to develop actionable reporting and analysis to support the day-to-day operations. Vital to this is data-centric decision-making and, at times, last minute analysis to make same-day decisions.


  • Analyze sales trends and provide actionable data to support growth and provide recommendations to support the Food & Beverage, Retail, Ancillary, and Zoo operations
  • Assist in implementing new pricing strategies and analysis to support decisions
  • Responsible for the creation and execution of detailed business line analysis and reporting to assist leadership with revenue growth opportunities across the In-Park business
  • Provide standard daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting in conjunction with ad hoc reporting based on events and opportunities
  • Conduct analysis on key metrics across SEA’s business: product sales penetration, venue revenue, park attendance, and per capita spending
  • Role is very data driven and applicant should be extremely comfortable using excel and eager to learn additional data tools
  • Other duties as assigned to support company and park level strategies


What it takes to succeed:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Economics or related field.
  • Experience with financial or revenue analysis
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Business Objects, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx
  • Strong presence with ability to interact and partner with Senior leadership
  • Ability to work independently while able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills; ability to effectively distill and communicate actionable insights
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
  • Willing and able to travel for job duties
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to meet team output expectations
