What you get to do:


Drive revenue growth by leading the Revenue Management team in strategic and promotional pricing, planning and forecasting and revenue management for admissions products and other revenue opportunities. Provide overall vision and direction for key Revenue Management integrated initiatives across our Park portfolio which includes SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Discovery Cove, Sesame Place and our family of Waterparks. As the Director, Revenue Management, you will:
  • Lead a site focused revenue management team in proposing, coordinating and assessing discrete and annual admission product
  • Define pricing for all customer segments and sales channels pushing towards an optimization
  • Lead organizational and cultural change efforts to constantly infuse new, innovative concepts, business practices and technologies into the business
  • Plan effectively within the revenue management function and integrate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations
  • Develop strategic pricing initiatives and help train the marketing and e-commerce sales teams to implement coordinated promotional plans
  • Lead the revenue management division to drive revenue growth through the appropriate balance of volume and pricing strategies to meet or exceed company’s financial revenue targets
  • Ensure that the Senior Leadership Team is kept up to date on accurate revenue and pricing strategies, as well as product and promotion performance
  • Manage key stakeholders to ensure alignment across each of line of business for revenue strategies and pricing decisions
  • Collaborate with key business partners to define annual promotion calendar and identify promotional key success indicators
  • Leverage data analytics and segmentation to identify new product and pricing opportunities for incremental revenue and design and implement tests to validate
  • Perform other duties as assigned


What is takes to succeed:
  • Advanced degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or other relevant degree
  • Revenue management experience in the cruise, lodging, theme park, airline, or similar industry
  • Experience in leading and developing multiple direct reports
  • Practice with driving efficiency processes and streamlining corporate reporting
  • Proven analytical capacity and ability to distill complex information for executive leadership
  • Proficient in Excel and other advanced analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Power BI, SAS, Python, R, etc.)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
