What you get to do:

  • Guidance and oversight of department trainers and department training within the Orlando parks
  • Maintain curriculum to ensure quality and compliance
  • Maintain record keeping utilizing the Company’s learning management system
  • Ensure training is delivered effectively and understood by participants
  • Effectively facilitate training
  • Serve as a principal liaison between park management and Human Resources to develop strategies and plans to meet their training and onboarding needs
  • Assist as a backup for park operations as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned


What it takes to succeed:

  • Comfortable and able to work with all food types, including food allergens in any dining facility
  • Strong detail orientation, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to maintain professional etiquette
  • Able to communicate effectively with ambassadors, guests, and leadership
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient with register systems and cash handling
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Able to maintain composure in stressful situations, multitask, make quick decisions, troubleshoot problems with training, and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion when handling highly sensitive information
  • Able to move freely around work areas, including office environment and theme park walkthroughs
  • Able to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions and temperature extremes
  • Available to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays


Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 year of training experience preferred


Must have full availability on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays
