Applicants for this position will be considered for Culinary Group Supervisor positions at Busch Gardens Williamsburg.

The Group Supervisor - Culinary is responsible for:
  • Engage, lead, coach, evaluate and discipline team to perform to company standards and department objectives.
  • Meet and exceed EBITDA goals; revenue, per cap, cost of sales, labor and other operating expenses.
  • Establish and execute team member safety plan.
  • Ensure food quality standards are consistently met through daily use of established tools.
  • Supervise day-to-day food safety, sanitation and cleanliness programs.
  • Supervise daily alcohol service program to ensure compliance.
  • Execute daily maintenance and facility integrity programs.
  • Execute plan for implementation of capital and expense projects.
  • Participate in culinary manager program.
  • Establish and execute the strategic plan.

Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • College Degree preferred
  • 1 year supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent computer skills in business applications, ability to analyze & understand financial reports
  • Must possess ability to obtain ServSafe Alcohol and ServSafe Food Safety Manager certification upon selection.
  • Knowledge of Virginia ABC laws
  • Bakery and Catering positions require a valid VA Driver's license and qualification to drive a company vehicle
