What you get to do:As a Supervisor, Warehouse, you’ll supervise one or more storage venues with a focus on exceeding service, safety, and quality expectations. You will be responsible for generating significant revenue volume while also fostering a positive atmosphere and ensuring the highest level of Ambassador performance and guest service. You will:
- Oversee and assist in the receiving, labeling, storage, and distribution of all warehouse goods.
- Responsible for inventory quality and control of merchandise and culinary products.
- Communicate daily with all levels of leadership.
- Process daily paperwork in SAP or MMS system.
- Assist Warehouse leader with the training of ambassadors and assistant supervisors while ensuring and complying with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards
- Supervise and counsel ambassadors and assistant supervisors will be ensuring proper training and development in accordance with SEA guidelines
- Complete appropriate paperwork and administer developmental documentation
- Establish and maintain a positive atmosphere which ensures the highest level of ambassador engagement
- Comply with the area opening and closing procedures and ensure all ambassadors and assistant supervisor complete tasks within a timely manner
- Consistently practice safe work habits including the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), lifting, and reporting unsafe situations
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment for guests and ambassadors
- Maintain and enforce company standards and policies.
What it takes to succeed:- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
- Must have a valid drivers’ license
- Previous warehouse experience required
- One (1) year of leadership experience with no significant performance deficiencies within last 6 months or equivalent external experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be a focused individual who can complete tasks independently, but also possess the ability to work within a group and lead multiple personnel
- Must be knowledgeable in all areas of the department including ambassador and supervisory roles*
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements to include but not limited to passing required tests and certifications within established timelines
- Must be willing to comply and ensure all ambassadors comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards
