Team Member Statuses

Full Time Team Member
A benefited position, working 12 months a year, typically working 35 to 40 hours a week.


Part Time Team Member
A non-benefited position, available to work 12 months a year, not to exceed 28 hours of work per week.


Variable Team Member
A position hired to work 12 months a year. Because of the nature of a variable position, we do not know how many hours a variable team member will work in a year.


Seasonal Team Member
A non-benefited position hired for a season of work and restricted to no more than 180 days (6 months) of employment from the first day of work. Returning seasonal team members must have a 6 month break in employment between termination date and the next hire date.
