Admissions Specialist

Basic Requirements
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Be able to communicate clearly
- Be able to work under and manage stressful conditions
- Be able to handle large sums of money, credit cards, and travelers checks
- Be comfortable working a register, computer, and computer software
- Be able to stand for long periods of time
- Be able to work in hot, cold, and rainy weather conditions
- Be able to read and write English at High School level
- Bi-lingual or Multilingual skills preferred, but not required
- Must have open availability on weekends and 2-3 weekdays
Job Responsibilities
- Provide World Class Service by greeting and/or assisting guests, and resolving concerns that may impact company image
- Ensure positive enforcement of park policies regarding permitted items, facilitating guest bag or container inspections
- Sale of multiple ticket and discount products and/or other transactions as needed
- Guest parking transactions, and monitoring incoming park traffic flow
- Attend in-service meetings, cross-training/working, and/or working special events/night functions
- Administer park surveys to guests
- Ensure that guest leave with a positive and lasting impression
